You can find Herman Brown Hall looking for building #17 at this map (see blue arrow).

The nearest visitor parking is available at the North Annex lot accessible via Entrance #20 (Rice Boulevard). Other parking lots that are available to off-campus visitors are the West Lot (opposite of the Alice Pratt Brown Hall, #15 on the map - entrances 8 or 18) and the Greenbriar lot (west of the Rice Stadium — entrances 13A or 13B).
